This incredibly in-depth and honest review contains photographs from the members-only part to explain what’s going on. Existing data, information on the top sections, and what sort of stuff can be found there are all available. Charles Ngo, David Atias, Matuloo, Manu Cinca, John Crestani, Ian Fernando, Zack Franklin, Eric Gyepes, Mitesh Muley, Kulwant Nagi, Servando Silva, FbQueen, Taiwo Balogun, and many others are among those taking part.
While I begin composing this, it occurs to me that I’ve been a paid individual from Stack That Money Forum, presently known as STM Forum, since January thirteenth, 2014!! While you’re having a good time and producing cash on the web, time most certainly passes quickly!
I’m a web engineer BS, I need to say in daily existence, on the grounds that nobody in Hungary knows what the term subsidiary showcasing means for sure a partner advertiser really does. That would be over 5 years I’ve euphorically named this discussion my home base, my usual hangout spot in the internet, where I’ve met a ton of awesome, unbelievable people with whom I can really interface.
Associations mean the world, and it’s one of the ‘covered up values’ that STM participants appreciate – they get to impart, conceptualize, and share battles and achievements with others who are down and dirty with themselves. I’m a firsthand confirmation that having a circle of experts to bob thoughts off of may prompt a great deal of achievement.
Time most certainly passes quickly while you’re having a good time. On account of STM, I met my very first JV Partner, with whom we made more than $3 million USD in benefits on CPI App Installs. It’s likewise where I met a few astonishing Nutra franchisees with whom I teamed up and made an extra cool million doing skin and eat fewer investigations in European geos in 2015/2016.
A further explanation STM is a particularly amazing arrangement is a direct result of its arbitrators. AMY, MATULOO, and stickup kid are a couple of my top choices (the person shares some crazy worth nowadays). Here’s the reason they’re so amazing.
2. They are incredibly friendly and cool people that can introduce you to a lot of fantastic contacts who can help you receive special discounts and offers, meet new prospective partners for joint ventures, and much more!
3. They find your way, so if you’re just starting out in affiliate marketing, the wonderful moderators on STM will spend time with you explaining in detail what to do next, where you went wrong, and what you should do.
At the method involved in composing this STM Forum audit, there have been 41,368 subjects and 354,137 posts. The vast majority ever online simultaneously was 1159, which is crazy given the little size of the offshoot promoting the local area.
This is large and also much BETTER if you’re on a tight budget. For instance, whether you purchase a course for $500, $997, $1497, $5000, or $14,000, the developer of the course does not include holding your hand. They offer you a notion, and then you’re on your own. However, with STM, you pay a reasonable monthly fee of $99 per month and enjoy UNLIMITED one-on-one time with the most experienced affiliates marketers and also the mods to help you every single time!
You’re pondering precisely exactly the thing precisely is going on inside STM, and what individuals talk about by any means. What kind of data and brilliant lumps would you be able to hope to find? What will be the data that will bring you cash?
STM by and by has 11 sections, each having plenty of subsections. To make it more straightforward for you to assess this mind-boggling measure of data in ONE perusing, I’ll give you the lowdown on what you’ll find in every space and why it’s amazing; so how about we begin!
There is likewise a segment with respect to the world’s #1 offshoot promoting gathering – Affiliate World Conferences – where you can find out about the speakers and get deals and decreases on tickets for the impending ones. This region contains Pronouncements and forward-thinking information on the offshoot promoting business, as they distribute a week-by-week email recapping what occurred, significant changes from traffic sources, new merchandise, administrations, captivating patterns, and, surprisingly, more. There are a few fantastic recordings from iStack preparing meetings and examples, as well as Job Opportunities displayed from AffJobs, data about systems administration occasions in your locale or close to you, and exceptional offers and limits accessible just to STM Members.
Who knows, you may encounter somebody on day one with whom you can talk on Skype and study affiliate marketing while debating your favorite fantasy automobile and whether Las Vegas or Thailand is better. When you join, you should start by introducing yourself in the intro area, and you should also check out the intros of other individuals who have just joined.
The subsequent great beginning stage is Vortex (Amy’s) amazing 40-day bit by bit – super careful guidance on the best way to get everything rolling with ZERO insight and begin bringing in cash in subsidiary promoting.
It also includes a number of manuals that will teach you and answer many of your questions on just about everything you need to get begin with.
There is a sub-segment inside that will instruct in a newbie way, with photos and recordings, how to get every one of the easily overlooked details done that go into running a worthwhile advertisement mission and buying media.
The Affiliate Marketing Forum part is the place where I like to hang out the most on the grounds that it covers the high-level things. Such incorporate specialized manuals for cloakers, trackers, other spying direction instruments, and an assortment of other more complicated things. This region alone has just about 50,000 postings, so it’s somewhat huge. This is the place where you can learn crazy things like clickjacking, content locking, high ctr picture cunning, improvement draws near, scaling strategies, etc.
There likewise is a sub for HODLERs who need to put their partner promoting cash in crypto risk.
In general, you’ll likewise find Masterminds, which I used a ton to join loads of fabulous skype gatherings and wire geniuses where individuals banter live techniques in regards to FB Ads, Google Ads, Native, Pops, and PUSH.
The region for item directors is tied in with systems administration with other item proprietors, figuring out how to make your own offers/items, or simply tracking down real sponsors to manage to keep away from the center man, otherwise known as the organization.
Except if you have any desire to be energized, read the examples of overcoming adversity; these are genuine records of other STM individuals who began as tenderfoots and become wildly successful. Here are some post titles to kick you off.
-$846,365 out of 9 months with ecom
-Example of overcoming adversity: $55,000,000
-Today: Two FB Accounts – Tier 1 – Pin Submit – 500% ROI
-Crossed $40K in July 2018 – Struggle of Digital Marketer in Affiliate Marketing
-10k benefit day after over an extended time of 0 returns
Roughly 180 additional achievements to keep you motivated and persuaded that YES, it is probably going to get an astonishing measure of cash with partner promoting and that it’s anything but a fake, MLM, or bogus (god I can’t stand that large number of negative doubters).
This part is excellent since it includes a FOCUS. So, if you run Facebook Ads, you can go to Facebook and view just articles, queries, tips, guidelines, and methods relating to that traffic source.
They also include an SEO part, a section devoted to Shopify and Drop Shipping and ECOM in general, and native traffic sources such as Taboola, Outbrain, and RevContent, to mention a few.
If you’re interested, I’ve released a ton of their tracking tokens on my blog; just perform a search – or my favorite tracker, REDTRACK, already has most of them built-in.
There’s also a part on EMAIL, where I met a pretty cool mailer who earns over a million dollars a year sending emails. Crazy!
Then there’s Pay Per Call, Display advertising such as Google Adwords, Bing, Search, and many more. To be honest, there are too many to name, and I’m growing tired of naming them all. It’s best if you look at the screenshot below.
I acknowledge my success to my creative thinking; I always have a million concepts (of course, majority of them are bad, but there are always a few killer ones). STM has a department dedicated to creative expression and practical expertise, both of which are critical to success in the media buying world as an affiliate marketer working on achievement.
Programming, Servers, and Scripts have their own area. In affiliate marketing, we utilize a variety of killer scripts to increase our revenues, such as BackButton Script, pop-under, pop-over, and unique opt-in scripts to attract people to sign up for our lists and so on. We also require a large number of sophisticated web hosting options, such as dedicated servers and shared hosting with unique IP addresses.
The Tracking Campaigns area has a plethora of expertise ranging from setting up various trackers to adding new offers, traffic sources, and unique redirect pathways. Tracking is critical to campaign success, and STM offers tutorials on anything from prosper202 to the big guys like Binom, Thrive, Tracker, Voluum, and my personal favorite that my team is utilizing, RedTrack.
Did you guys know that? You may utilize GeoIP to determine the user’s City, State, and Country. On STM, you will discover how to achieve it. What about strategies for automating the deployment of thousands of servers to host distinct landing pages across the cloud? Yes, STM provides a guide for it as well.
Did you know that the time it takes for a website to load has a direct impact on the success of your Google ranking? You’ll also discover that it has an impact on CVR (Conversion rate), thus the slower the page, the less conversions, which is why they even provide a guide on how to optimize for A,A,A speed!
There is just so much wonderful information on STM from A to Z that you have to see it! It’s a good thing they provide a three-day money-back promise if you don’t like it (but you will trust me)
Inside the Design, Imagery, Banners & Landers area, there are additional step-by-step guidelines for Photoshop, how to design high-conversion banners, how to optimize landing pages using A/B testing like where to put the header image, where to put the heading, and many more ideas.
By the way, Banners & Landers is a firm that generates landing pages, WordPress sites, and creatives for a low cost.
Copywriting, Conversion, and Psychology is another one of my favorite sections inside the StackThatMoney VIP forum. Why do I enjoy it so much? Because ANGLES and copywriting are essential for success. You can simply start tearing and operating content found using spy tools such as MagicAdz or AdPlexity, but these creative types and inbound marketing will never carry out the necessary as well as if you created them from scratch – so this section will teach you about psychology and how to write high converting advertorials as well as ad creative texts that get high click-through prices!
Isn’t it true that no paid forum would be complete without a classifieds section? STM has its own, which is organized into three divisions.
Under the Vendors section of STM, you can buy and sell accounts to various traffic sources, as well as find new partners for Joint Ventures (JV’s) where you do all the work and the other person pays for the traffic – or vice versa, or some special setup you guys agree on via STM Members only chat or Skype.
Exclusive CPA offers from networks may be found behind these walls, as well as discounts on programming, design, virtual assistants, and a variety of other services affiliates use to begin their campaigns. There are also fantastic bargains on trackers, spy gadgets, and a variety of other items. I regularly use and suggest MagicAdz for Facebook espionage; sign up for a free trial here. Also, for mobile and native advertising, I propose AdPlexity, which you can sign up for right here.
There are also productivity suggestions; my dear friend Charles Ngo is the master of productivity advice, and many of his secrets are published on STM right here in this area.
This is the area for everything that doesn’t fit into the other categories. There’s an OFF TOPIC area where you can discuss everything from how you spend your downtime to what everyone’s favorite steakhouse is to how to overcome sadness induced by affiliate marketing.
STM Members are adventurers; they work from the beach on their computers so you can assume there are some wonderful travel hacking methods on how to acquire the lowest flight, which areas are worth visiting as an internet marketer, and what sort of things are must see and must do in various regions. On their trips, some males even discuss about all the girls and their experiences.
Like Gerard Dela Porta, who is well-known for his Mr. Romance character, romancing 18-year-olds all around Thailand!
If you’re not into ladies of the night, don’t worry; there are quite a ton of wonderful ‘family’ affiliates, and more are joining the ranks every day as the community matures. There’s a ton of useful information about what to do at conferences, what to bring, how to talk to CPA network people, how to network, and much more.
Obviously, health is really essential, especially if you sit in front of a computer for several hours a day – therefore there are wonderful ideas on what to eat, when to eat, diet plans, work out routine recommendations for affiliates – things to do and not do in hotel gymnasium, and many more that are all about Health.
FitAffiliate, the most well-known affiliate marketer and health enthusiast, lives in STM. When I chat to him, he constantly surprises me; he’s an extremely brilliant man and a genuine super affiliate!
STM currently focuses on supporting debate in a variety of languages, including French, Dutch, German, Italian, Spanish, and Russian. I won’t go into detail about what these areas have to offer because I can’t read those languages, but the main advantage is that you can meet individuals who speak your language, whatever that may be. STM en Français, STM in het Nederlands, STM auf Deutsch, STM in Italiano, STM en Espaol are some of the subsections of the specialized STM forum.
If you’re seeking for inspiration, I heartily recommend the Revenue Milestones sub-section on this thread. The tales there are factual; they are genuine testimonials from people who are making money with affiliate marketing as a result of what they learnt on STM. It’s not false news, as Donald Trump would say, and it’s not $5 video testimonies from Fiverr. These are 100 percent genuine, honest, and sincere evaluations to keep you inspired even when things are tough and you’re spending all of your money trying stuff (or buying data as they say).
I received an STM Award for My Ultimate Spying Guide a few years ago, as well as an iPad, which my 3-year-old daughter still uses today. Unfortunately, there is no mention of these awards in this section, but they do provide a perfect location to discuss your aims, share your triumphs, and showcase some of your winning campaigns from the past or current.
STM has been around for a long time, but it did not begin with thousands of threads. I mean, everything starts from scratch and grows through time. They have achieved significant success because to Lorenzo Green, often known as Mr. Green, one of STM’s founding fathers. StackMan and Besmir (Jordan). These individuals used to conduct several campaigns and provide a plethora of case studies, ideas, and methodologies, which you may find in this section.
Fortunately, STM is constantly on top of what’s going on right now, and because to amazing moderators like www.matuloo.com and Amy alias Vortex on STM, they continue to deliver up to current knowledge via case studies and how-to instructions that work today.
My favorite supermod, the late Caurmen, provided some of the most extensive, exhaustive guidelines that helped many individuals make millions of dollars online. Many of his papers have already been retired under this area as outdated knowledge, but they are still worth reading because the methods and ways of doing things haven’t changed much – only the regulations that limit what you can and cannot do on traffic sources in 2019.
This is perhaps the most monotonous area, in which you inquire about bills, resolve account-related difficulties such as being unable to log in to STM or having difficulty accessing the account, and so on. Wanting to modify your username, as well as other administrative aspects of your STM membership.
STM Forum is reasonably priced at $99 a month, which is a steal considering the amount of content you receive.
On STM, you will pay $99 a MONTH and will get access to not one, but over a dozen full-time moderators who will assist you and ‘hold your hand’ throughout your trip.It makes no difference if you are a rookie hoping to quit your 9-5 and become a full-time affiliate marketer; or whether you are a family man tired of working two jobs to keep your family alive and searching for a fresh new chance in a place where you may make millions. They handle everyone with the same level of respect, whether they are new or advanced. They will assist, make advice, and follow up with you to see how you are doing. All of this for $99 per month.
Please allow me to clarify what I mean. If you buy a course, which is generally one single technique to perform one thing, you will pay at least $500 for that course.
If you want to engage an expert like me to work with you one-on-one through Skype, I will charge you $2000 per hour since it is not worth my time otherwise.
People who can’t pay $99 per month should avoid affiliate marketing entirely. You’ll need tools, a developer, and a designer, or you’ll have to be a master of all trades. With that in mind, $99 per month is a very low price for the amount of value you receive.
It will not only give you access to full-time mentoring, but you will also be capable of learning and get assistance from other affiliate marketers who are just starting out, individuals who have been at it for a while, or super affiliates like myself (iAmAttila), Charles Ngo, John Crestani, Eric Gyepes, and many others who are active members of the STM community.
STM is far more valuable than $99 each month, in my opinion.
I joined STM in January of 2014, and I’ve been one of the happiest members for nearly 5 years. STM provided me with the opportunity to meet wonderful individuals and gain a plethora of new skills. When you join, the learning curve is INTENSE, as if your brain is being updated with fresh new info you never knew existed, exactly as in the movie Johny Mnemonic.
I owe my accomplishment of generating over $7 million dollars online to the contacts and information received from the Stack That Money forum and its amazing users. How? When I was running CPI installs years ago, I encountered a man who informed me I could perform app installs on Google uncloaked, which allowed me to try a shitload of angles till I found insanely high converting ones without worry. For the CPI run, I was also able to go direct to the Clean Master offer owner, whom I contacted through a PM on STM, and receive a greater compensation than if I had ran it through a network.
After which came the nutra phase, where we endorsed trial offers with JumbleBerry (who I also managed to meet on STM) and then C2M (who I also heard about on STM…). I was able to get in with the right connections at the networks, get authorised instantly because they knew me from STM (skipping the phone interview, and other bureaucracies), and get the best offers right away that were not public on the network, and spend $5-6 per CPA and get paid $36. If you do the arithmetic, that is an astounding ROI.
Nowadays, I’m very interested PUSH, which I originally heard about from MR PAYNE, a renowned and highly brilliant STM moderator. This individual appears to have been using PUSH since Chrome allowed it; he even created his own traffic source, which provided him with free traffic. His advice provided me an advantage before everyone else heard about Push and all the huge networks like MegaPush, RichPush, and ZeroPark PUSH started springing up with their own push traffic source offers. So, again, STM offered me an edge since I was a member. Without STM, I would have discovered push after everyone else – and as we all know, greater competition equals lower profit margins and makes things more difficult.
When you would like to be ahead of the game and be a part of a community that is always improving and cutting-edge, on top of current affiliate marketing trends and how to earn money in 2022 – join STM FORUM! You will not be sorry, I assure it! Become a member of our group!
In this piece, I’ll demonstrate:
The finest aspects of Ahrefs
The worst aspects of Ahrefs
How Ahrefs stacks up vs SEMrush
Whether I recommend it or not
Let’s dig into it!
Before we go into my Ahrefs review, I’d want to make a few remarks. First and foremost, I’ve been a paying Ahrefs customer since August 2012.
Ahrefs was mostly used for link building at the time… and that was about it. Ahrefs has added a TON of features since then. Many of which I will discuss in this review.
I tell you this to emphasize that I did not join up for Ahrefs last week. I’ve been using the tool almost every day for the last 8 years or more.
Second, you might have seen that I’m on the Ahrefs homepage.
No, Ahrefs did not pay me to say that. And I have no formal affiliation with Ahrefs.
In reality, I continue to pay for my Ahrefs account on a monthly basis.
As a general rule, I do not take freebies. As a result, my reviews (such as this one) stay unbiased.
With those disclaimers out of the way, let’s get into the review.
Ahrefs’ mainstay feature is Site Explorer.
Enter the URL of a website. Additionally, obtain a snapshot of the overall SEO performance of that site (or page).
This analysis displays the number of backlinks that the site (or web page) has. The amount of traffic it receives from Google. How much is that traffic worth? And a whole lot more. It’s essentially a dashboard that displays a plethora of SEO-related data on a single page.
This feature displays a site’s complete backlink profile.
On the surface, this backlink report appears to be the same as most other backlink checkers available (like SEMrush and Moz Pro). This feature combines two important aspects (backlinks and organic traffic). So let’s take a look at each of these aspects individually. You enter a URL, much as the other tools. Also, obtain a list of their backlinks. What distinguishes Ahrefs from other backlink checkers?
This is quite crucial. Assume you wish to examine the backlinks leading to a significant authority site, such as NerdWallet. NerdWallet has 2 MILLION backlinks, according to Ahrefs.
Or perhaps you simply want to see no follow links. Again, Ahrefs makes this simple.
But suppose you only want to view links from sites that have a high Domain Rating. Alternatively, pages having a high URL Rating. That is a simple task. Good luck working your way through that link profile one by one.
Another advantage of Ahrefs’ link analysis tool is its massive index. It’s also constantly updated. As a result, you’ll never have to worry about looking at out-of-date connection info.
So, sure, I really appreciate Ahrefs’ filtering and sorting choices. It saves a lot of time. According to Ahrefs, their crawler is the second most active (after Google of course).
I recently conducted a test to check how soon Ahrefs, Moz, SEMrush, and Majestic discovered new links. In actuality, Ahrefs is really effective in discovering new links. However, they are not necessarily the finest available.
Ahrefs was proven to be quicker than SEMrush. But not as quickly as Moz or Majestic.
Overall, I believe Ahrefs’ backlink analysis capability is a significant asset to the product. It’s simple to use. Regularly updated. And it assists me in locating just what I want.
Despite the fact that I spend the majority of my time in Ahrefs researching a site’s link profile. I should mention that Ahrefs includes a few neat small backlink-related features that I utilize from time to time.
For example, I occasionally utilize Ahrefs to detect new links that a site has just gained.
To determine which pages have had the highest link increase in the previous 30 days.
Both of which help me figure out what kind of link building is working best
This function is all about uncovering your competition’s top SEO keywords.
Obviously, this report isn’t likely to 100% reflect somebody’s Google Search Console information. Ahrefs comes pretty darn close. For example, here’s what Ahrefs lists as my top keywords in Google.
According to Search Console, the following are the top ten keywords.
Not too shabby. The actual strength of this tool, like Ahrefs’ backlinks tool, comes from sorting and filtering. As a result, Ahrefs does a good job of identifying keywords for which a site ranks. And calculating how much search traffic such terms generate.
HubSpot, for example, is one of my primary SEO rivals.
According to Ahrefs, HubSpot now ranks for 1.5 million keywords.
That is ridiculous. How am I expected to sift through that list and pick terms that make sense for me? Enter Ahrefs’ fantastic filters. These filters let me quickly locate terms that contain a certain word or phrase.
They each have a different keyword difficulty level.
Rank as the Featured Snippet.
And there’s more, Down a nutshell, these filters make it simple for me to narrow in on a set of terms that work best for me.
There are also a few neat little features hidden under Organic Search.
For instance, “top pages” displays the pages on a website that receive the most organic traffic.
“Competing domains” displays the main SEO competitors of a site.
You’ll be able to identify more sites to reverse engineer for backlinks or keywords this way.
Now, let us take a closer look at the Ahrefs keyword tool, Keyword Explorer. Keyword Explorer, unlike many other keyword tools, does not restrict you to a single search engine. Keyword Explorer can help you locate and evaluate keywords on YouTube, Amazon, Yandex, and Bing.
Ultimately, Keyword Explorer provides several significant advantages. And some significant flaws. Let’s start with the positives. To begin, Term Explorer is fantastic at providing in-depth information on a certain keyword.
This report provides useful information on search traffic, competition, CPC, CTR, SERP position history, and more. So, if you’re picking amongst a variety of keywords, these aspects can assist you in determining the finest keywords for you. Ahrefs excels at evaluating particular search terms. The bad news is that Ahrefs isn’t particularly good at generating fresh keyword suggestions.
We just conducted a large-scale keyword research tool examination.
We discovered that Ahrefs produced the most keyword recommendations of any program.
Isn’t everything fine? No, not really.
When you examine these keyword recommendations, you’ll realize that many of them are utterly unrelated to what you typed in.
For example, here are some keyword suggestions for “paleo diet.”
There are some good keyword suggestions here.
But there’s also a lot of garbage to sort through.
The same may be said for the majority of terms. You must sift through a list that contains a plethora of absolutely unrelated phrases. SEMrush, in my opinion, performs a far better job at generating useful keyword ideas.
Keyword Explorer is a 10/10 if you want to go “an inch broad and a mile deep” on a certain keyword.
However, if you’re looking for a tool to assist you identify new keywords to rank for, I don’t think you’ll be completely satisfied with Keyword Explorer.
Let’s take a glance at Ahrefs’ SEO site assessment tool in more detail.
Ahrefs, like most other audit programs, assigns your site an overall “health score.” If you’ve ever used an SEO site audit tool, you won’t be shocked by the results.
Backlinko now has an 84 percent success rate. That is something I need to improve on. You get the standard list of technical SEO concerns to correct, such as duplicate meta tags and faulty redirects.
Overall, this is an excellent SEO site auditing tool. SEO newcomers can rapidly find out what they need to perform.
There’s a lot for SEO specialists to get their fingers into.
I also enjoy how it operates on its own on a regular basis. That way, I won’t have to remember to crawl.
It’s now time to dissect “Rank Tracker,” the Ahrefs rank tracking tool.
The Ahrefs rank tracking tool works in the same way as any other: enter a lot of keywords. Also, look at how they rank on Google. You may also track ranking changes over time. The issue is that, unlike most other rank trackers, this one does not update on a daily basis. The frequency with which you receive ranking updates is determined on the plan you select.
If you use Ahrefs Lite, for example, your keyword rankings will only be updated once per week.
That’s not a good sign. Checking your rankings once a week may not be a huge problem if SEO isn’t a key aspect of your site’s digital marketing.
However, if you’re an SEO expert, you must monitor your rankings 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Ahrefs, however, does not provide daily updates. For their higher-tier plans, the most they can give is “every 3 days.” Consider the following scenario: a client calls you and inquires about how your rankings have changed today. You’ll need a tool to get that information.
Overall, I believe Ahrefs provides a reliable rank tracking tool. It’s simple to use. It has a fantastic user interface. It’s simply a bad that the data isn’t updated on a daily basis.
This is where you may compare and contrast the backlinks of up to five different sites at the same time.
There’s also a graphic that shows how each site’s link profile has altered over time.
It would be fantastic if Ahrefs offered a similar option for organic traffic. That way, you could monitor how the search traffic of a variety of different websites has evolved over time. But, other from that, I believe this functionality is quite great.
Content Explorer is comparable to BuzzSumo’s “Content Analyzer.” To utilize it, enter a subject. And you’ll be given a list of articles on that topic that has received a lot of social media shares, backlinks, or both.
This is a really useful feature. And a feature that neither SEMrush nor Moz Pro have.
However, comparing Content Explorer to the BuzzSumo product as a whole isn’t really fair. Aside from Content Analyzer, BuzzSumo provides a TON of great tools.
And, in my opinion, BuzzSumo’s Content Analyzer is far superior. On Twitter, for example, you can see who shared a certain piece of material.
So, no, it’s not BuzzSumo. However, Content Explorer is beneficial. Something that Content Explorer cannot do.
Poor customer service can leave me perplexed. My experience with a tool may be made or broken by its support. I’ll be able to overcome obstacles with the aid of wonderful people. And extract additional value from each characteristic.
Furthermore, in my SEMrush vs. Ahrefs piece, I ran a brief test of Ahrefs support.
I asked this question for the exam at 5:56 a.m. Eastern. However, that test was about a year ago. So I wanted to see if their support was still enough.
This question was chosen for two reasons. First and foremost, I was truly interested in it.
Second, it was a difficult question. A difficult query for which their support personnel most likely did not have a “copy & paste” routine. And 8 minutes later, I got this response.
To be honest, it’s not that useful. I posed the question since I’m not particularly technical. However, the response seemed to imply that I was a skilled developer. So that didn’t bring me any closer to understanding the distinction between referring ips and referring subnets.
Ahrefs offers four distinct options, ranging from $99 to $999 per month.
The primary characteristics of each plan are the same. The amount of data obtained from each attribute is what distinguishes them. On the Lite subscription, for example, you can track 500 keywords. However, on an Agency subscription, you may track up to 10,000 keywords. The same characteristic. However, one provides you 50 times the amount of data to deal with. The same is true for backlinks, keywords, site audit crawls, and other features. Each plan provides the same access as any other plan. However, the more you spend, the more you can get. Please keep in mind that there are a few exceptions to this rule. A Lite package, for example, does not allow you to track mobile rankings at all. The biggest difference between each plan, though, is the quantity of data that you have access to.
Excellent UI & UX: As with any tool, learning to use Ahrefs might take some time. However, once you’ve become acclimated to Ahrefs, it’s quite simple to find what you’re looking for. And it generally just takes a few of clicks to get there. For instance, suppose I wish to view a site’s anchor text split. I can get that report immediately from the sidebar.
Solid Data: A program like Ahrefs is only as good as the data it contains. Ahrefs’ data is quite useful, whether it’s for search volume, backlinks, ranks, or social shares.
Excellent Site Audit Tool: I consider the Ahrefs site audit tool to be one of the finest available. And even on par with site auditing tools.
Term Deep Dives: Ahrefs Keyword Explorer is ideal for performing a DEEP dive on a certain keyword. On a single page, you may get almost all you need to know about a certain term.
Cool “Minor Features”: Ahrefs has a TON of useful little features that I didn’t have time to go through.”Link Intersect,” for example, identifies sites that link to many rivals.
“Internal backlinks” displays internal connections pointing to a given page.
“Content gap” displays terms for which your rivals rank (but you do not).
These are only a few instances. There are a slew of others.
Poor Rank Monitoring: For their light subscription, Ahrefs only refreshes your rank tracking data once every 7 days. In addition, with their normal plan, they will contact you once every 5 days. A rank tracker, in my opinion, should be updated every day. Period.
PPC Tool Set: Ahrefs does provide a PPC tool set.
It’s rather excellent, in my perspective. But if you only run Google Ads for your site and a few clients, that could be plenty. However, when it comes to PPC features, Ahrefs does not exist in the same world as SEMrush.
Keyword Suggestions That Aren’t Relevant: I have a love-hate relationship with Keyword Explorer. I like how much information you can obtain from a keyword. But I despise the fact that I can’t utilize it to find fresh keyword ideas since there are so many recommendations that don’t make sense.
Ahrefs is something I use on a regular basis. Several times every day, on average. It’s become a part of my daily routine at work. When I need to verify a site’s backlinks, identify a new keyword, or watch my ranks, I use Ahrefs to gather the information I need.
Ahrefs is a renowned SEO software package with a comprehensive feature set that includes backlink analysis, keyword research, and technical SEO audits. When you combine it with world-class data and a fantastic user interface, it’s no surprise that Ahrefs has established itself as a leader in the SEO software field.
Overall, I would strongly suggest Ahrefs. It’s the greatest SEO tool on the market at the moment currently, in my perspective.
So that concludes my Ahrefs evaluation.
Now I’d want to know about your Ahrefs experience.
What do you find appealing about it?
What do you believe they should work on?
Please let me know right now by writing a comment below.
Well… Semrush is one of the most popular SEO tool that is currently available. According to the company it now has a very large user base of over 7 million users. It was created in the year 2008 by Oleg Shchegolev and Dmitry Melnikov.
I will be telling you my own experiences with this website. Let’s start with the best-known SEO tools available to the test, testing how they stack up in the terms mentioned below:
Semrush can be used to obtain information by giving you keyword suggestions, telling you how difficult it is to rank for specific queries and it can also suggest websites that might be worth approaching for backlinks.
And yet! That’s not all, allows you to perform an SEO audit on your website to find out if there are any technical improvements you can make to it that will help you achieve better search results.
Let’s now proceed to the specifics of the SEO tools listed above, let’s start with the so called domain analysis. SEO projects starts with domain analysis. So what it is exactly you might ask, it means getting a simple overview of the ‘quality’ of a domain from an SEO point of view. It’s very easy to perform domain analysis in Semrush — you just enter a domain URL in its ‘domain overview’ section, and you get an immediate sense of how it’s performing in search results.
The metrics of Semrush provides the following: an ‘authority score,’ the total number of monthly visitors to the website, the total number of external links (‘backlinks’) pointing to the website, the total number of keywords the website ranks for, and the’search intent’ behind them, anchor text commonly used in links to the website, top performing keywords, display advertising stats, and competing websites.
The ‘authority score’ is usually the metric that provides the most immediate understanding of site quality.
Semrush calculates the authority score based on: backlink data (the amount of links referring to the site), organic search data, which includes organic search traffic and keyword rankings, and website traffic data (monthly visits).
The authority score was previously hidden in Semrush’s UI, but it has since been placed to the front and center of the domain overview section. It provides you an instant idea of what Semrush thinks about a certain domain.
This discovery is based on a comparison of Semrush traffic estimates to Google Analytics data for websites that I have access to.It’s crucial to understand that while the bulk of the domain overview facts are based on hard data, the traffic statistics are estimations – and in my experience, they aren’t always 100 percent correct.
To be fair, Semrush provides an estimate of how accurate its traffic metrics for a certain site are likely to be (low, medium or high) and does not claim that its traffic counts are 100 percent accurate .
Nevertheless, it’s ideal to consider Semrush traffic statistics as an indication of site popularity since doing so might enable you place your site in perspective with those of your rivals, or find sites worth pursuing for backlinks.
Another element worth mentioning is the competitive placement map. It allows you to evaluate at a glance where a specific site fits within a specific market and how well it compares to its competitors. The option to split things down by nation is also useful, as it allows you to get a feel of where a site does particularly well throughout the world.
Semrush’s ‘Competitive Positioning’ Map
As with domain analysis, you may perform this on a per-country basis, which is useful.
Semrush lets you view domain analysis statistics on a per-country or worldwide level
Another noteworthy feature is a ‘at-a-glance’ summary of the main’search intent’ behind the terms for which a domain ranks (see screenshot below). This provides more information for why users click on search results for a given website to research something, find a specific page, buy something, and so on.
Overall, the domain overview component of Semrush is incredibly valuable, and this aspect of the software on its own provides a wealth of information about how a website is performing in terms of SEO.
Do you know that there’s more to that? Keyword search is also available in Semrush. Keyword searching helps with establishing how many people are searching for a particular keyword, establishing how difficult it is to rank for that keyword, finding out who is already ranking for that keyword, and getting suggestions for other ones.
Enter a phrase into Semrush’s ‘Keyword Overview’ tool to obtain basic keyword information. Semrush will then supply you with the following information:
In general, this new tool works well, although Semrush does not always produce the amount of links it believes you need to rank a piece of content for your target phrase. This is a relatively new feature in Semrush’s feature set.
Getting a keyword overview in SEMrush
The keyword difficulty score is one of the most relevant metrics returned here. Semrush utilizes a percentage to convey this, with a greater percentage indicating that it will be more difficult to rank for a specific term. Semrush can also tell you how many backlinks (links from other material to yours) you’ll need to rank for your chosen search keyword.
Semrush’s keyword difficulty score
The ‘Keyword Magic’ tool from Semrush may be used to generate precise keyword ideas based on a phrase you’ve input.
It returns a list of keywords connected to the phrase you supplied, as well as filters that you may use to organize them, such as:
From an user standpoint, it’s undoubtedly better if this was just labeled ‘Keyword Suggestions’ – ‘Keyword Magic’ seems a little hazy — but once you’ve arrived at this section of Semrush, you’ll find it’s incredibly simple to use.
The criteria provided by Semrush to assist you choose keywords that are simpler to rank are my favorite element of the Keyword Magic’ tool. View keyword ideas by difficulty (varying from’very easy’ to’very hard’) using a simple dropdown menu.
Filtering keywords by difficulty score
In addition to the keyword difficulty filter, Semrush provides a variety of other options to split keyword recommendations, including the number of searches per month, terms to omit, and how closely keyword suggestions should match your supplied phrase. You may now filter by language using a ‘beta’ filter. This makes it simple to identify the keywords for which you may actually rank in search results. This feature allows you to zero down on the keywords that will be most effective for your project.
Other keyword filters in Semrush
Keyword intent labels in Semrush
These labels provide more detail about a certain keyword than just search volume alone, allowing you to make better judgments about whether or not to focus on it. Simply selecting the ‘commercial’ option from the keyword intent filter drop-down menu, for example, allows you to focus solely on keywords that typically lead to purchase.
Using the keyword intent dropdown menu when filtering keyword suggestions in Semrush
Semrush’s keyword difficulty tool provides you with all of the key information you need to make decisions on which keywords to target as part of your SEO strategy.
To really be truthful, Google still receives the vast majority of queries (92 percent at the time of writing, according to Statcounter) — but there are regions, not least the United States, where rival search engines have a sizable market share (in the US, for example, over 6 percent of searches are currently made on Bing). However, there is room for improvement because the data supplied is just for Google searches – it would be preferable if metrics were accessible for other search engines as well.
Ahrefs, a competitor offering, provides access to Bing data as well as data from numerous other search engines, including YouTube and Amazon (and Moz includes some Bing data for rank tracking purposes).
In addition to keyword research tools, Semrush delivers a suite of ‘content marketing’ tools (if you are on a ‘Guru’ plan or higher). These enable you to:
My personal favorite in Semrush’s content marketing tools is the ‘SEO writing assistance,’ which allows you to copy and paste text into Semrush for assessment.
Suggestions made by Semrush’s ‘writing assistant’
You will be given advice on how to increase its performance in search results. These include encouragements to raise or decrease word count, suggestions to incorporate certain keywords in your work, and cautions if your material appears to have been plagiarized.
Additionally, it would be wonderful to be able to just type a URL from your website into the box and obtain these ideas – the copy/paste process is a bit inconvenient. However, the application is available as a WordPress plugin and a Google Docs / MS Word add-on, which is useful for individuals who write material on both platforms.
If you are a business owner, you can also check the rank tracking feature! The technique of mea suring how your website performs in search engines for a certain term over time is known as ‘rank tracking’ or ‘position tracking.’ You can also add rival website data into Semrush’s position tracker tool to analyze (again, over time) how your site performs for certain keywords against those of your competitors.
Eventually, you can receive regular rank tracking email notifications and you can subscribe to weekly summaries or create ‘triggers’ that send you an email whenever something significant happens with your ranking, such as when a specific piece of content enters or drops out of the top 10 results for a specified search query.
Finally, Semrush’s position tracking capability is excellent – no issues here.
There’s still more to Semrush, I wanted to know how well this site performs in search results and it very much depends on how many blacklinks which are links from other sites to it — exist for the site in question.
Blacklinks option also allows you to view the following; the anchor text used for each backlink, top-level domain distribution (how many .com, .org., .gov links etc. your site has), and information on the IP addresses of backlinks.
Backlink analytics in Semrush
Of course, the accuracy of Semrush’s backlink analysis is determined by the quantity and quality of its link database. At the time of writing, Semrush claims to have 43 trillion URLs in its link database, which, if true, compares favorably against Ahrefs (29 trillion), Majestic (10 trillion), and Moz (43.1 trillion). If these figures are correct, this makes the Semrush link database one of the larger ones.
Semrush’s official statistics on its database size
All of the information is quite clear, and it allows you to see when a domain has acquired or lost backlinks, as well as the worth of the links in question. This information may be used to strengthen your own SEO efforts or to obtain insight into a competitor’s.
I performed backlink audits on a variety of sites to evaluate how some of the top tools stacked up against one another in this category. In my (admittedly small-scale) experiments, I discovered that the amount of backlinks discovered by each tool was quite comparable, with Semrush performing better on websites with fewer domains linked to them — it tended to detect more linking domains than competitor products Ahrefs or Moz.
However, Ahrefs and Moz performed better where sites with bigger backlink profiles were concerned — and that there was quite a difference in results.
On paper, Semrush’s database is greater than that of many main competitors, and it surely gives a highly thorough set of results equivalent to those of other prominent SEO tools.
I wouldn’t make solid conclusions from this tiny test, but if there is a tendency, it’s that Semrush’s enormous link database size does not immediately convert into surfacing a larger number of linked domains, and it will depend on what you’re looking at.
A ‘backlink audit’ is another approach to look at backlinks in Semrush. The primary goal of this is to identify the ‘toxicity’ of backlinks referring to your site and its’site health.’
Establishing site health with Semrush
Semrush’s backlink audit tool is excellent at detecting low-quality links and making it simple to produce a disavow file for submission to Google. Furthermore, Google’s Webmaster Trends Analyst John Mueller is not a fan of the notion of poisonous links or the technologies that detect them, and has stated that link disavowals are unlikely to have a beneficial influence on search results. You may do whatever you want with that knowledge!
It should be emphasized, however, that not all SEO specialists believe that link spam detection technologies are particularly useful; many believe that a more human approach to identifying low-quality connections is preferable.
Semrush’s ability to generate links is a prominent feature. Link building is the act of obtaining other websites to link to yours; it is critical to the success of any SEO project since search engines usually reward sites with more links pointing to them with higher rankings in search results. The link building tool works by assessing who your rivals are and what keywords they are ranking for, analyzing the content on your site, and asking you to specify the keywords you want to rank for and then displaying a list of ‘prospect’ websites that it believes are valuable.
Domain prospects in SEMrush
You may then track the development of each approach in CRM-style. Not only that, but it also gives you some really important tools to help you do so. You may use Semrush to link your mailbox and send outreach emails from within the tool.
The tools provided for link building outreach are some of the best features of SEMrush
All of this goes much beyond what Semrush’s main competitors in the link-building field provide, and it’s undoubtedly the biggest justification for adopting Semrush over them. If that wasn’t enough, Semrush even gives email addresses for each website when possible, as well as the opportunity to store an outreach email as a reusable template (see screenshot above).
This method allows you to generate fresh backlinks to your content – and, as previously said, the more backlinks pointing to your website, the better your content performs in search.
It entails locating a broken link (one that no longer connects somewhere), recreating the ‘dead’ material that it formerly pointed to, and then requesting everybody who previously linked to the dead content to link to yours instead.
To utilize it, run a backlink analytics report, scroll to the ‘indexed pages’ section, choose ‘broken pages,’ and then export the findings to an Excel or CSV file. This file may then be sorted or filtered to find the 404 errors (i.e., the broken links). This is a laborious procedure, but on the positive side, you can reimport your broken links file to Semrush (along with pertinent email addresses) and conduct your outreach directly within the platform, utilizing a linked mailbox and the CRM ‘pipeline’ technique mentioned earlier.
Still, there’s potential for improvement here – Ahrefs, for example, simply provides a ‘broken links’ option that gives a list of all broken outgoing and incoming links for a given site.
Semrush’s site auditing capabilities is a very valuable tool. Semrush may also assist you in identifying issues that may be affecting your searchranking, such as slow-loading material, duplicate content, SSL difficulties, crawl errors, core web vitals (Google’s new metrics for measuring site performance and stability), missing headers, and keyword overuse. This function is really useful sinceit will provide you with a list of issues to fix — and, as an added bonus, it will allowyou to export tasks to popular project management apps such as Trello and Zapier.
Checking on-page SEO in SEMrush
I especially enjoy Semrush’s on-page SEO analyzer, which examines your whole website and provides practical optimization suggestions for each page (in order of priority).
Another wonderful benefit of Semrush’s site auditing features is that it not only advises you what to do, but also why you should do it.’Why should I do this?’ Each proposal is accompanied by a link that, when visited, explains the reasoning behind each tip in plain English.
Contextual help in Semrush
The interface of Semrush is similar to those of competitors such as Moz and Ahrefs, with a menu of options on the left that you utilize to access functions on the right.
There is a lot of data to deal with – it may feel daunting at first, but you will quicklybecome used to it (and the point of tools like Semrush is, of course, to provide youwith a lot of data). Generally Semrush is easy to use, listed below are the pros andcons of using Semrush.
The menu choices are organized into relevant areas such as competitive research, keyword research, link building, rank tracking, on-page SEO, and reporting. However, it would be nice if Semrush’s interface could be improved to work better with smartphones — as it stands, it is not’responsive,’ which means that if you log into Semrush on a mobile device, you will see the standard desktop interface, which means very small text and a lot of pinching and zooming.
On the bright side, Semrush has a mobile app that allows you to view your position monitoring data on mobile devices (this scores 3.7 out of 5 in the iOS app store, and 3.5 out of 5 in the Google Play store). It would be preferable if it also allowed you access to some of the other essential Semrush features.
Furthermore, the data visualization given by Semrush aids in overcoming this sensation of overload – most of the metrics presented are graphed in ways that make the information provided much easier to interpret.
Using SEMrush on a smartphone requires a lot of pinching and zooming.
Overall, Semrush’s UI is well-designed and simple to use — but you’ll need to use a desktop computer rather than a mobile device to get the most out of it.
SEMrush’s mobile app for rank tracking.
Semrush provides a tool — ‘Semrush Sensor’ — for examining how the internet in general is acting when it comes to search results, in addition to allowing you evaluate how an individual website is doing from an SEO standpoint.
The ‘Semrush Sensor’ tool
Semrush Sensor delivers volatility numbers worldwide or by specialty, and you may also create your own ‘personal sensor.’ This is based on a list of keywords you’ve supplied for position tracking – if there are any significant changes in your rankings, the personal sensor will notify you. The Semrush Sensor monitors the volatility of Google search results for any indications of an algorithm update. This allows you to record any changes in your own rankings.
Compared to other types of ‘SaaS’ (software as a service) apps, SEO tools like Semrush are expensive.
The key distinctions between the Semrush plans are as follows:
Semrush’s fees are generally comparable to those charged by key competitors Moz, Ahrefs, and Majestic (that said, Majestic offers a lower monthly plan for $49.99 per month, but it is significantly less functional than the entry level plans provided by its competitors). It’s also worth noting that a free trial is available if you want to try Semrush out before committing to a paid-for plan. The standard version lasts 7 days, but for a limited time, the company has made a 30-day trial available — you can access the extended free trial here. You must enter your credit card details to avail of the fully-featured trial, which, while common practice with many SEO tools, is a little annoying.
The most frustrating aspect of Semrush’s pricing structure is that all plans — including the $449.95 ‘Business’ plan — only contain one user account or’seat.’ If you want more than one person in your business to have access to Semrush, you’ll need to spend $45 to $100 per user (depending on plan type). This contrasts with all of Semrush’s key competitors, who generally increase the number of seats as you move up the pricing ladder (or charge less for extra seats).
Whether this is a concern for your company, you should consider purchasing a ‘Bespoke’ plan from Semrush, which allows you to negotiate price for a solution with a custom amount of features and users.
Site audits, backlink audits, link prospect identification, on-page SEO checking, and position tracking are examples of key features in this category. The number of projects you can have running at the same time depends on the Semrush plan you’re on — the entry level plan, at $119.95 per month, allows for 5.
These constraints may not necessarily be a deal breaker for every organization — but if you have a lot of sites that you need to handle SEO for at the same time, or perform a lot of competition study, it is definitely something to consider.
It’s vital to note that several Semrush capabilities may only be utilized on domains that have been designated as ‘projects.’
When it comes to the quantity of reporting requests you can make per day, Semrush is particularly generous: even on its entry-level plan, you may retrieve 3,000 domain analysis reports each day, which much outnumbers the 175 reports you can run per week on the Ahrefs entry level plan, for example.
This comparative generosity continues as you move up the pricing ladder: the Semrush $449.95 plan’s limit for reports is 10,000 per day, whereas the Ahrefs $399 plan’s restriction is 1,750 each week.
There are other Semrush tools for analyzing rivals’ websites that are not available unless you purchase a subscription. These are the things you can get by buying acccess:
This add-on costs $200 per user per month, which is rather disappointing. To be honest, most of the above measures are worth paying a little extra for, but $200 per month feels a little steep (and in some cases, makes the add-on more costly than some of the plans!). In addition, if you want to use local SEO capabilities, you’ll have to pay a fee. Local SEO add-ons are offered in two flavors: ‘Basic Location,’ which costs $20 per month, and ‘Premium Location,’ which costs $40 per month.
With the premium access the following are the things you can do:
The premium edition also includes a ‘local heatmap,’ which shows how your consumers can discover your company in comparison to other nearby businesses on Google Maps, as well as the ability to reply to reviews.
Semrush’s local SEO add-on
In addition to securing one of the main Semrush add-ons discussed above, you can also add functionality to your Semrush account by investing in a third-party app from the Semrush ‘App Center.’ This app store currently has 10 third-party apps available, with a focus on providing enhanced analytics and data; and they range in price from $19 to $169 per user.
If you’re working on a combination of SEO and PPC initiatives, Semrush may be a better bargain than some of its competitors. This is mainly due to the fact that it has more PPC data – although other programs provide basic CPC values for particular keywords, Semrush goes far further, including granular CPC competition and distribution data, live advertising, and more.
The excellent thing is that Semrush provides three methods of customer support: phone, email, and chat. This contrasts favorably with competing products, not all of which offer phone support (Moz and Majestic don’t even offer live chat support). And, unlike some other SaaS products, Semrush makes its contact details easy to find — a help chatbox is visible at the corner of each page, and a phone number is prominently listed in the Semrush website’s footer. Because SEO solutions like Semrush are extremely sophisticated, the availability and structure of customer help is an important aspect.
Semrush is a fantastic SEO tool that provides you with all of the critical data you’ll need for a successful SEO operation. Its most notable features are its link building and site auditing tools. The former provides an outstanding ‘CRM’ type approach of creating backlinks, while the latter provides a super-easy checklist of methods to enhance your technical and on-page SEO. It’s a little disappointing that some of the competitive intelligence features can only be unlocked via a rather pricey $200 per month add-on. Well, Semrush only provides data for Google; all accounts only come with one user profile; as well as several key features can only be used as part of a ‘project’ (with restrictions on the amount of projects).
Semrush, on the other hand, is a really good service that gives you with the critical information you’ll need to optimize your search ranks. However, as with all of the products we review, we recommend that you try the tool out for yourself before purchasing and for a limited time, an extended free trial is available here. Finally, below is a summary of the key pros and cons of using Semrush, as well as some information about alternative SEO products.
Pros of Using Semrush
For the pros, it’s typically simple to use. Semrush makes domain analysis particularlysimple – you get everything you need to see in one spot, simply set out. Despite providing a vast amount of data, Semrush’s interface is put up logically, and graphs and data visualisations make it simple to interpret the metrics offered. The keywordintent data is excellent for assisting you in focusing on the phrases that are most likelyto be relevant and profitable for your company. Semrush’s link building capabilities is excellent, with CRM-style elements to assist in outreach. Its site auditing tool provides you with an easy-to-follow set of guidelines for making actual changes toyour site’s technical SEO and on-page SEO.
Cons of Using Semrush
For the cons of using Semrush,it only offers data for one search engine, Google; several competitors, most notably Ahrefs, give data from a number of others. All Semrush subscriptions have a single user account, and purchasing extra seats is costly. Some major capabilities are only available as part of ‘projects,’ and Semrushlimits the amount of concurrent projects you may execute. Some competitive analysis options are an extra $200 per month. It’s not as simple as it should be to do broken link construction on Semrush. While thefree trial is useful, you must input your credit card information before you can use it. Since the Semrush interface is not’responsive,’ it is difficult to utilize the tool on a mobile device.
The biggest competitors of Semrush are probably Ahrefs, Moz, and Majestic; we haven’t reviewed all of these tools individually, but we do have an Ahrefs review here, an Ahrefs comparison review here, a Moz versus Ahrefs comparison here, and a Moz vs Semrush shootout here.
However, the other solutions described above are more liberal with user accounts – if you have a large number of people in your business that need to access an SEO tool, one of the alternatives may end up being a more cost-effective choice for you.
Based on my past experience with Ahrefs and Moz, I’d say that what distinguishes Semrush the most from its competitors is the ‘CRM-style’ approach that it provides to link building campaigns — this, in my opinion, is the biggest advantage of utilizing Semrush over them. The ‘keyword intent’ function is also worth mentioning as a distinct feature.
If you’re on a limited budget, you might be interested in GrowthBar, a new SEO tool that is significantly less expensive than the majority of the products listed above.
